Steps:
- On PC download TWRP 3.0 recovery package for Galaxy A3 from HERE.
- After downloading extract these files on your PC.
- Now download ODIN v3.09 on your PC from HERE.
- Turn off your Galaxy A3, its time ti enters into download mode. For this press and hold Power+Volume Down+Home buttons at the same time for few seconds until you will see a Samsung name logo and after that a blue screen, press volume Up button to confirm.
- On you PC launch Odin v3.09. Connect your device with PC. (Remember your device must b on download mode)
