Step-1
From the above link download 5.1.1 Lollipop firmware on your PC and Extract that file to get .tar.md5 file.
Download Odin file from the above link on your PC and Extract it too.
Step-2
Turn Off you Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
Now Enter into Download mode press Home+Power+Volume Down button at the same time for some seconds.
A warning screen will appear. Now press Volume Up button to continue.

Launch Odin on your PC.
