Dear friends, today I will tell you the instructions to Install Android ADB and Fastboot Drivers on PC with Minimal ToolBefore starting the process you must know about the Android ADB and Fastboot. Android ADB and Fastboot are used in exploring the Custom Recoveries, Rooting, and Unlocking the bootloader by flashing the .img files. You will need SDK tool to install the Android ADB and Fastboot drivers on your PC. The minimal tool developed by an XDA developer user Shimp208. This is just 2 MBs tools.

ADB tools help you to connect your phone to the PC and it can be accomplished by turning on USB Debugging mode in the settings of your phone. USB Debugging mode will enable by going to Settings > Developer option and the USB Debugging. ADB Stands for Android Debug Bridge which will work as a bridge between Phone and PC.

The Fastboot mode will help you to flash the .img files on your phone and it works in many other places. It will turn On by plugged in your phone with the PC and going into fastboot mode.

Keep in mind

Install Android ADB and Fastboot drivers

Step-1

First, download the Minimal ADB and Fastboot Drivers tools from the above links.

Step-2

Now run the minimaltool.exe file which you downloaded in the first step.

Step-3

You can run the tool by going to start menu, the icon which is created on the start menu or opening Program files > Minimal ADB and Fastboot > Right Click on an empty area while keeping the shift key pressed and Click on ”Open command Window Here”.

Step-4

You can use the Command prompt to do whatever you want.

If you want to install any .img file then you will have to place that file in the Minimal folder which is located in program files.

To access the fastboot mode First, you will have to bring the fastboot mode on your phone and then connect it.
